Business and Operational Due diligence of 3 technology based SMEs (2009): We have reviewed the strategic position of an international company in the local market and advised on how to adapt to changing circumstances. We have performed a business due diligence of 3 companies for possible equity participation and assessed the risks associated with such a move.

Project Management of Environmental Rehabilitation Project (2011-12): We have coordinated a team of experts providing technical assistance economic and environmental monitoring for the rehabilitation of an abandoned asbestos mine.

Impact Analysis of the Economic and Political Crisis on Business (2011-12): We have been advising a large commercial group on how best to adapt to changing market conditions and how to react to policy changes.

Privatisation management (2011): We have coordinated a team of experts assisting an investor successfully participating in the privatisation of a high profile marina in Greece.
